Hi, I'm Britt!

I’m a licensed professional counselor, certified pediatric sleep coach, and mom of three boys (0, 2, and 4) based in Philadelphia, PA.
When our first son was just a few weeks old, we were completely exhausted! Days and nights began to blur together. A kind pediatric nurse suggested we get him on a schedule to gain some structure back and start building healthy sleep habits. We followed a sleep training program, and pretty quickly he was sleeping independently and for longer stretches.
That experience gave us back a sense of control and showed us just how important sleep is not just for our babies, but for us as parents and our relationship.
When we had our second, we realized not all babies are the same and that a schedule is a lot harder to follow with two little ones. That inspired me to pursue my Pediatric Sleep Consultant certification, and now I create customized sleep plans for your family's needs.
As a therapist, I see how deeply sleep affects our overall well-being: our mood, patience, emotional regulation, and more. The same goes for our growing babies and toddlers! If they're not sleeping, neither are you. We all deserve to feel emotionally, physically, and mentally rested.
We’re often told that exhaustion is just part of motherhood. And while being a parent is tiring, we don’t have to live sleep-deprived on top of that. My goal is to help families find rest through practical, supportive sleep coaching that honors their values and helps them reclaim their days and nights.
My Approach
I help families establish consistent routines and schedules that build healthy sleep patterns, which makes it easier for children to fall asleep and stay asleep naturally. From there, I introduce you to the Association Fading™ Sleep Method from the Restful Mama Academy: a proven, supportive approach for parents who don’t want to use the 'cry it out' method, but know that rocking, patting, feeding, bouncing, or co-sleeping all night is not sustainable.
Together, we teach your child how to fall asleep independently so when they wake between sleep cycles, they can return to sleep on their own. There may be some tears (as with learning anything new), but most families see results within 3 to 5 nights.
Your child is capable of sleeping on their own and all the way through the night!
