Hi, I'm Britt!

I’m a licensed professional counselor, pediatric sleep coach, and mom of two toddler boys (2 and almost 4), based in Philadelphia, PA.
When our first son was just a few weeks old, we were completely exhausted, days and nights were blurring together. A kind nurse suggested we start building healthy sleep habits early on, and as he grew, we followed a sleep training program and pretty quickly he was sleeping longer stretches and independently—without using cry-it-out. That experience gave us back a sense of control, and showed us just how important sleep is, not just for our babies, but for us as parents and our relationship.

As a therapist, I see every day how deeply sleep affects our mood, patience, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. The same goes for our babies and toddlers AND if they're not sleeping, neither is mom. That’s what drew me to pediatric sleep consulting. We all deserve to feel emotionally, physically, and mentally rested.

We’re often told that exhaustion is just part of motherhood. And while being a mom is tiring, we don’t have to live sleep-deprived. Now, I help families find rest through practical, supportive sleep coaching that honors their values and helps them reclaim their nights.
My Approach
I help families establish consistent routines and schedules that build healthy sleep pressure which makes it easier for children to fall asleep and stay asleep naturally. From there, I introduce you to the Association Fading™ Sleep Method: a proven, supportive approach for parents who don’t want to use cry-it-out, but know that rocking, patting, feeding, bouncing, or co-sleeping all night is no longer sustainable.

Together, we teach your child how to fall asleep independently so when they wake between sleep cycles, they can return to sleep on their own. There may be some tears (as with learning anything new), but most families see results within 3 to 5 nights.

Your child is capable of sleeping on their own and through the night!
